How can the tools KPI, Change Impact Assessment and OCC Survey be used to measure and assess changes?
(KPI) is a key performance indicator is a tool of assessing or evaluating the performance of an organization in relation to its objectives.It helps to track the functional and operational performance of projects, different departments and individuals of the organization against their objectives or goals. It is better useful in reducing the difficulty related with performance tracking, provides proper measure for tracking and evaluation of performance. It is very essential tool for management in decision making process. It is more widely used in Organizations for measuring and assessment of change
KPI used as simple Metrics used to observe and present values. In KPI one or many different metrics to track business objective.
A well designed KPI helps helps organizations, transfer visions into different strategies.
From organization point of view it has two main categories :
1.Operational KPIs : It is clear, detailed and timely information that is used for regular decision making or to take corrective action on the activity performance.These are used formulas of complex nature.
2.Strategic KPIs : These are concentrated on long term objectives with relation to organizational goals.

Change Impact Assessment: It is set of tasks that perform to analyze the impacts of a business change. When business converts its processes or technology and when it grows widely to new locations, launches new products that are impacted by change.
It is more impacted to identify people, external and internal parameters directly or indirectly by the change. Further it can be assessed to analyze impact systems, processes, skills, structure, measures values and behaviors.

OCC survey : OCC means assessing organizational capacity for change, i.e.survey is conducted for analysis of capacity of making change in organization. It contains some ideas for changing capacity of organization.
It contains two approaches :
1.Qualitative Approach : In this approach Various interviews of individuals at various levels of organizations are conducted and according to this quality criteria decisions will be taken whether the organization stands for capacity to change or not.
2.Quantitative Approach : In this approach analytical surveys are conducted for entire organization and combining the numerical results of the survey, decision will be taken for capacity of organization to change or not and appropriate steps will be taken accordingly
