Maintenance can be of any facility or software maintenance also.

Maintenance projects are the projects which have a primary task to provide maintenance services for the business concern.

Examples of Maintenance Project:

  1. Building maintenance project.
  2. Software maintenance project.
  3. Machinery maintenance project, etc.

It is important to keep detailed records of Maintenance projects due to the following reasons:
