The corporate conduct has long been governed by the corporate rules. It is time a company's responsibility for criminal misdeeds was tackled. Common laws make a company responsible for its agents 'acts when employees / agents act within the scope of their jobs and in that act earn a benefit for the company. Corporate crimes are mostly secret acts and in extreme cases victims do not know who to blame and are not even aware of the fact that they were abused until they, their families or their surviving society have sustained significant harm.
Homicide is a legal term for the murder of another human being by another male. Homicide itself is not always a crime for example, a justifiable police assassination of a suspect, or a self-defense killing. Murder and murder come into the illegal homicide category. Murder is specified by statute, rather than by common law in today's society. Even if the laws of today originate from common law, one needs to look for essential differences to these laws — like the difference between first and second degree murder.
Economic criminal law's moral basis is not as solid and clear as the one in the so-called 'delicta mala in itself' as murder or rape, where the damage is apparent. In most economic crimes, blurry moral principles occur when the educational cycle of children and young people does not resolve the problems sufficiently, as it does with other crimes.
