Expert Solution

The theory of historical materialism was given by Karl Marx.Accordingly, the economic activities or organization of a society reflects the cultural aspects of that society.According to him, the relationship of productive forces and production in a society is reflected in the organization and development of that society.

According to them, history happens when there is an expression of independent consciousness. That is, when there is an expression of freedom, a person moves towards progress or innovation, invention through the thoughts of his mind. And creating history by following the path of development, Which is reflected in its culture and civilization.

Feurbach,s ideas have been described as bridging the gap between Karl Marx and Hegel's ideas of historical materialism.According to him, any person or human being has a limit to work Or express their consciousness and when he is unable to work Or think (limit of freedom of consciousness) beyond the limit, then he starts believing in Religion i.e. a God.That is, any action beyond that limit is impossible and those impossible tasks can only be done by Religion or God.And in this way, the economic activities related to human development gradually began to be related to Religion and reflected in their culture and society.
