Healthcare is a one of the efficient system all over the world with different approches in different countries. But the overall purpose of the healthcare system is to provide the quality maintenance of the health of the inidividuals even in improving the quality of the living. This is done through the proper diagnosis, prevention, treatment of any mental or physical illness.

Healthcare reform is a type of policy that aims at providing a wide spectrum of health care support to the individuals through governmental policies. It is achieved through the various insurance policies either public or private policies. These insurance policies focus on improving the provision of good quality healthcare to vast group of people cost effectively and increase the accessibility to all the citiziens.

Healthcare Inequalities and inequities as the name indicates the unavoidable inequalities that prevail in the healthcare system where it is not available for specific group of people or population. It is due to the income basis of the individuals because of the factors like social.education, and their employment status which influence the income level, and sometims gender and ethnicity also plays a major role in these inequalities.

Due to the increase in the population and reduced source to maintain the limits and records lately its been difficult to provide the required healthcare attention to all the citizens especially in the remote areas which have lead to downfall in healthcare maintenance of the society.
