Do you believe the union has an influential position during the current COVID-19?

As per my belief, the union has a very significant influence during the present situation of the pandemic. The areas of influence of the union are as follows : -

- It has the sole power to decide whether in the current situation there is an impeding necessity to stop the travelling of the citizens of the country and to stop all the currently active ports of the country being airport or seaport which may be potential possibility of risk to the nationals of the country.

- It is in an influential position to find out all the necessities to be looked after during the time of the pandemic and monitor the amount to be produced to cover up the expected shortages in the future.

- It is in an influential position to allot the funds for looking after the people of the country during the time of need and help the workers as well as the business with the necessary financial supports for their operations.

- It has to decide whether in the present circumstances it is necessary to enter into trade agreements with any other country for the supply of essential medicines and other shortages in the country.

- The union is in the position to look after the fact that proper hospital is being set up to tackle the number of affected persons from the pandemic & find out the expected number of new beds required to tackle the fight of the virus at its peak.

Thus from all the above points, it can easily be concluded that the union is in an influential position during the current situation, of the Covid - 19.
