The purpose of this assignment is to improve your cultural awareness related to doing business in another country or with another culture. Your task is to create a blog or webpage providing advice on doing business in a foreign country. Start by choosing a foreign country and research how their business is conducted. Then in your blog, share your findings and provide advice on conducting business properly to prepare colleagues and business travelers who will be visiting this country. Discuss at least three of the following categories of business etiquette in your blog or webpage:

Communication Style

Formality

Roles and status

Attitudes towards work and success

Concept of time

Personal space and/or eye contact

The blog is about doing business in India

In India which is a democratic country with multi-level of government doing business here is not that much easy. One has to comply regulatory compliance while doing business in India. Depend upon the nature of the business compliance vary from central law which is federal law and state laws are provincial laws and in some cases one have to comply with the local laws also.If a business is complying with everything, then it is pretty easy to do business in India. One of the biggest advantage is that one can get cheap, qualified and english spoken workforce in India. Due to abundance of natural resources and large market any business if done properly and honestly will succedd in India.

Greetings- Indian culture is an ancient culture where elders are greeted more formally by touching the feet of the elder one. It is not bounded that everyone can touch the feets of the elder in greeting but one should fold the hand and say "Namastey" while greeting any elder person in India.

Communication style- Here communication is more of a formal one in business setup and casual on ein personal one. One should not use any language or expression which can hurt Indian and especially there tradition and culture while communicating with them.

Concept of time- Indian people are not that much punctual but are serious about their work and they do their work in slow and steady manner. It is not that much fast country where people are running against time.
