Businesses face many communications problems like how to find the right style of communication, what way the orders area to be communicated, what should be done when only leaders lead, strategy are weak and to be changed, misaligned goals, too much complaints from the customer, employees are afraid to ask question from management, etc. These problems are both internal and external communication problems disturbing businesses. Some potential improvement to internal communication problems are- A right style of communication is to be followed within inside the organization depending on the organization structure. If company is small, hierarchical will be alright but in large organisation flat communication style is preferred. Employees are to be felt comfortable so that they can freely ask questions from the management. Business should give chance to everyone to communicate, not just leaders. It will increase the chances of more ideas sharing. Goals to be effectively communicated to the employees so that no confusion will disturb the working and each one should clearly know their objectives.

Some potential improvements for external communication are- Trying to satisfy customer through effective communication to avoid customer complaints. Employees should listen to their customers and try to resolve maximum of their queries. Strong strategies are to be implemented for free flow of information between business and external world.
