Compared to Europe or America Cuba is apoor country.Recommendations to improve life in Cuba involves strengthening technical and vocational education in order to prepare the skilled workforce and technicians that the country requires.Again private sector should be allowed to grow and wealth should be created.So there will be shifting of jobs from public to the private sector and economic benefit will accrue to the economy.Travel restrictions should be loosened so as to allow Cubans to travel. Encouragement should be given to small businesses.There has been increased frustration among Cuban youths as their creativity has not been allowed to flourish.Young people has been denied opportunities to develop.So it is recommended to encourage the florishing of humans rtaher than only concentrate on economic gain.Attempts should be made to eradicate poverty. Recommendations should be implemented carefully and slowly.
