I have to identify an aspect of developing people that I would like to explore. So i have to design a survey to gather information from at least ten people. And i have to analyse the responses with reference to the literature about using questionnaires and staff development.

Questions:

1. What aspects of development can i use in the education sector?

2. How can i proceed with the survey and how do i start my survey?

Educational developmental aspects means to in which way the education has helped a person to deal in day to day life. Education not only teaches the subject but is also helpful for cognitive reasoning and appyling the same in real life. otehrwise the education mostly in not useful if it is not applicable like common sense. There are many efforts taken by school for the development such as any projects or any science day or maths day etc. Hence questions should be based on the same

Aspects of development - 1)Did you had any projects in the school which helped you develop the personal cognitive or reasoning skills 2) Were there any group discussions, debate or team work in any subject sience a boon or bane, or was Hitler right or wrong? 3) Were the school environment liberal enough to come up withn any new idea, were the teachers friendly enough.

You can go with stratified sampling method, ca choose people from almost all the sectors such as military, architecture, doctors, sports etc and can survey them
