The Insecticide-Trated Nets (ITNs) or bed nets are most cost effective tool for prevention of of morbidity and mortality caused by malaria. It provide nets and insecticide to the user as a target to population. Recently the advanced and long lasting quality net provided, The policy makers study the standardized and reliable cost for efficiency of ITN programmes and their improvement in general. It is important to improve standardize costing and cost effictiveness. ITNs are more effective becase bed nets treated with an insecticide are more protective than untreated nets, ITNs are considered as a major intervention for malaria control, and also WHO recommends to use Long Lasting Insecticide Treated Nets (LLITNs) be provided free.

The Researchers experiments how well policies and social programme works, they experiment as a way to generate data and give government tools to promote development, alleviate poverty and improve their health condition, they preffered the method which is known as Randomized Control Trials (RCTs). Esther Duflo is the second woman to win the Nobel prize in Economics . She developed her experiment on medicine and their use to improve social science interventions, her experiment is simple and specific. She uses the Randomized control trials by getting solution to stop Malaria , Immunize Children and Get Children into School. By providing bed nets to fight malaria is an effective way of dealing with maleria, the trial found that if the bed nets given for free, they were more likely to buy the net in future. Duflo says; People get used to using bed nets. Millions of children dies every year lack of immuniation knowledge, Immuniation plays a very predominant role inorder to prevent illness among children, specifically it was advised mothers to immunize their child. After setting up three immuniation camps it's easier for mothers to go camps to immunize their kids. Another randomized trial is if you educate people about the benifits of going school, the number of years a child goes to school increases , by deworming the children, inorder to reduce poverty as a whole these above methods used.
