Management issues faced by Apple are,

1. They are upgrading too fast: Apple should understand that they are upgrading at very fast phase and their avg iPhone users cannot afford to upgrade with their speed and this is creating the doubt in the mind of customers about the brand. So the brand should think about their customers.

2. Quality of the product: One thing that requires the most attention is the quality of the product. In this fast-paced electronics world, other products may race with their super features but apple should never compromise in their quality as this hurry of launching the product can create serious production issues which may affect product quality.

3. The lack of systematic standard human resource management tools: At Apple, there is no SHRM tool used for proper management of the employee's performance tracking. Many senior members left Apple because they did not like apple's culture. The system is not well structured so proper Strategic HRM system should be aligned with organizational strategy.

4. Promotion discrimination: At apple employees are not rewarded for their hard work and dedication and only top executives are rewarded with bonuses and promotions and the promotions are based on individual performance and not on teamwork so this discourages employees to work efficiently in a team. So proper performance assessment to be done at the apple.

5. Long working hours: Apple is blamed for their long working hours and employee complaints that they cannot have a work-life balance while working at Apple and once employee sued apple for its long working hours. So Apple needs to reconsider the working hours.

6. Salary Issues: There are low salaries compared to the amount of the work you do and the work is generally almost 14 hr long and sometimes even on the weekends.

7. Politics at management: Some of the employees complained that there is politics in the management and those who are good with the sr. executives are likely to get promoted. If there is proper SHRM tool for managing people performance there won't happen this kind of unfairness.
