Suppose you were to pick a 24 hour period during which time you'll eat no more than $3 worth of food to experience what the average poor person in a less developed country has available to obtain food. Next, calculate what you would normally spend on food during a 24 hour period. For example, if you normally spend $10 per day on food, the difference will be $7.
To properly define the above case scenario, write a paragraph or two describing what you would experience during the 24-hour "abstention" period.
Having to be born in a developed society doesnot only provides it's citizens with a head start in almost every field which a person may aspire to have while growing up, but instills habits which are , if talk in terms of every day economics, is more expensive and the need of growing expense in order to chase a lifestyle is also ever increasing.
CHANGES IN INTAKE PATTERN:
A> Dependence on junk food: The availability of food chains in every corner sure is a load on pocket and taste gradually develops a dependence (kind of). With $15 (my average expense ), I was spending 70-80 percent of my budget ( even higher if it's Pizza night) or may be higher than my average budget.
B> Hourly intake of food: With a higher budget for food, i noticed myself snacking every now and then , also my calories intake is usually all over the place. While with limited budget , I switched to the food with higher nutritional value and concentrated my dietary habits on majorly three meals and an evening snack. This is observed with the given graph.
( Note- The individual using this can add additional information of food and it's nutritional value and make a comparison how nutrition intake is carefully monetised with limited budget , in comparison to a normal routine of a developed nation individual. )
