ERP integrates all phases of a human resources business in an integrated information system, customer relationship management, accounting , sales, management of supply chains, and provides updated reports and assessments on accounts, sales , human resources, inventory and production.The management of value chains is important by combining the information from each department of an organization into one centralized system with the same database so that any department of an undertaking can easily access the information and thus allow it to interact and exchange the information between the two departments.
CRM is one of the strategies that companies use to better understand the preferences, expectations and wishes of their customers to build good customer relations and loyalties which ultimately lead to more sales and returns.Like ERP, the management of consumer relations is important for companies too, by providing prevision levels for the retention of goods and services, monitoring sales patterns, advertising by clients on the successful goods and services in the sector of the market, giving any reasons why clients may exempt the services from the feedback given by the customer

La Rosa uses this customer relationship management to collect outside customer data, so that it automates customer wishes into its system so that customers are satisfied with their goods and services as soon as possible. LaRosa has realized that the quality of delivery of the goods cleanly requires its customers and in order to attract more customers and to at least retain the ones they have already had in mind to satisfy their customers.La Rosa may face challenges by reconstructing its employees to meet the needs of its clients. They can recruit new staff or train their current staff to meet the expensive demands. Depending upon the income or amount La Rosa receives, it may be expensive to introduce the technology.
