Stress does a really bad impact on the service generally one provide to the internal and external customers. Depending on the position of one in the work environment this impact varies. The external customers are the one who are responsible for bigger profits and gather and brings the resources from outside of the Organization and they are more important. Where internal customers are the one who works in the same Organization and does the work to satisfy the external customers. So a stressful person can actually impact both the customers directly or indirectly. It will hamper the positive mindset of the customers and downgrade the turnover of the company.
As a customer the stress acts as a catalyst to fire up any negative scenario found in any Organization. Stress end up helping one to make a lot of complaints about the products, negative review of the company and misbehave with the employees of the Organization.
