Consider that some students may come from conflict-ridden or violent families. How might an educator need to modify his or her de-escalation strategies and conflict resolution techniques to account for these considerations?
Conflict resolution plays an important part in a school setting. In a school setting there is always a combination of students studying , they can be from upper class, or middle class or low class family. Their period of bodily developmentand their background life might also differs which have a greater influence in the child's behavior in an unhealthy way. So it is important for an educator to find those children who are all from a conflict or a violent background so that he or she could able to control inappropriate behavior in a class. To find those family background and child's behavior the educator must have a good educational background with well established skills in conflict resolution. This conflict cycle goes in a circle that is stressful event-- students feeling-- students observational behavior-- peer or adults reaction( after this stage then it go backs to first stage STRESSFUL EVENT) . The educator should find the triggers and their irrational beliefs to make change in the children's behavior. Some steps which helps the teacher make alterations in the child behavior includes help them to organize their thoughts, help them to think rationally, help them to identify possible sultuion, spend time with those children, give them some techniques eg: relaxation technique, mindfullness, some exercise etc., which help them to feel clam down , These are some the steps which helps those children to understnad their behavior and situation with full insight in it.
