Do you think that the intellectual property laws on the network (worldwide network) will become less important??? Do you think that could be a problem??

Answer: IP law basically term for tangible such as copyrights,trademarks,patents and Intangible property rights such as trade secrets,Right to privacy and right to Privacy.In time of sich a growing influence and pace of social media on large netrwork coverage its very difficult protect such rights.

Although laws to protect tangible property rights are usually there in the coutries where as laws to protect intangible property rights are generally absent.So it become very important for consumers, businesses and entrepreneurs to protect their data and information.

As in this growing age of networking intersection between IP righta and social medial or network is truly debatable.

There are various problems that may emerge if it proper steps will not be taken.One such incidence we have witnessed earlier when there was data breach by Facebook i.e. Cambridge Analytica Scandal where right to publicity as well as privacy had been violated on a larger scale.

Some of the steps can be taken by generating more awareness among people about regulating their data and another step can be taken by various governments to ensure such rights shouldn't be violated.EU has enacted an act jn this line GDPR(General data protection Rules) Which talks about protecting intangible IPs as well.
