TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICE BASIS: Firm till execution of the contract.
COMMERCIAL TERMS: Taxes and Duties will be paid extra as applicable as per the prevailing rates and other charges as follows :

90% of contract price shall be paid against Running Account bills after satisfactory completion of work and certified by Engineer-in-charge of Client. 10% shall be retained by Client as Security Deposit and will be released after the expiry of Guarantee/Warranty Period. |

LD CLAUSE:
(i) Client reserves the right to recover a sum equivalent to 0.5% of the delayed work for each week of delay or part thereof subject to maximum of 5% of the total value of the order as Liquidated Damage due to delay in completion of work attributable to the contractor.
Contract Period : 365 days from the date of commencement of work.
SAFETY
The contractors shall provide necessary safety equipment to the workers at the site at his own cost. The contractor shall be solely and wholly responsible for any accident that may occur during execution of the work and also for injury to person/persons or damage to the property of any description whatsoever has caused during the execution of the work. In the event of any such
Accident, the contractor shall be responsible and shall pay proper compensation for the same as per Workmen compensation Act. CLIENT IN NO WAY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFETY OF THE CONTRACTORS WORKMEN.
EPF & ESI
No payment will be done without clearance of EPF &ESI from CLIENT.
TERMINATION
If work will not be done as per specification then contractor may be terminated.
CONTROLLING OFFICER
Engineer in charge or his representative will be controlling officer for this work.
AGREEMENT
You are requested to execute an Indemnity Bond on a Non-Judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 20/- and thereafter to execute an agreement in Client form with a Non-Judicial Stamp of appropriate value within 30 days from the date of issuance of work order.
Please note that no payment will be made before execution of the agreement
GUARANTY/WARRANTY
Guarantee /warranty period will be six months after completion of job.
PAYING AUTHORITY: Senior Manager (Finance) of Client .
Structural Steel Requirements:
All structural steel members are to be true and straight, manufactured too industry standards .
All elevation surveying during steel erection installation by Contractors to indicated plan elevations.
All steel and accessories installed will be as specified above to approved plan.
All structural steel will be verified prior to installation of members.
All scaffolding being utilize will be of an acceptable required quality.
Erection of Column and Beams :
Erect all columns and beams as per the approved plans to the specified dimensional distances and elevations.
- Installation of all lower parking unit structural steel, lobby area structural steel and corner columns as per standard specification.
WORKING HOURS
Normal working hours are (5 days ) ten hour daily (Monday to Friday) or as directed by the Engineer in charge.
