What would be the project scope ?

We have been hired to develop a sales training course for 250 sales associates that will be working the floor of an electronics shop. This will be our first endeavor in retail training, sowe must adapt one of our existing training models and customize it to meet the needs of the customer. The company’s electronic shop department has a high volume of sales. As a result they need to develop a training course for 250 sales associates to provide sales managers with proven skills, knowledge and tools they need to drive bottom line performance.This program covers five critical sales management abilities: behavior-based interviewing, managing sales performance, managing the sales pipeline, sales coaching, and sales leadership. It will be delivered on-site, online, or blended and includes post-training reinforcement to ensure real-world skills application and adoption.

This project has more scope and have a great potential to success in the business field.they are conducting the sales training course for 250 sales associates that they will work in an electronic shop.they are doing retail training at first time and this company electronic shop has a tremendous volume of sales.the reason is proper planning and analyzing the business structure and external environment.they should be give the proper training to the sales man and the sales man should convience the merchant ,supermarket and departmental store.the sales man should have proper knowledge in marketing skills and to attract the shopkeeper and customer values and sales manager should give the correct guidances to the sales associate.if the sales manager have a strong knowledge then only sales associate will be strong and to be prove the more knowledge and efficient skills show to the customer and shopkeeper.

the five important thing in sales and marketing

1.behavior based interviewing - to behave properly to the sales manager and customer .this is the one of most important core value in marketing

2.managing sales performance - it is the difficult thing in marketing field manager should follow the sales man and the sales man how much order got from the merchant.the sales manager should manage the all problem.if the product quality is not fine they are the responsibility and they will give the proper information of the products.

3.managing sales pipeline- it means the sales structure is very important because it should be connected with sales people and customer

4. sales coaching- it is important to giving a proper knowledge and right information to the sales man.then only sales man properly apporaches to the customer.proper sales coaching will improve the perfect sales man

5.sales leadership - the sales leadership is important role in marketing they have to handle the sales employees and directing,managing the sales team.if the sales leadership is perfect the business will gain in a higher level.

finally the product will be sell in an all over area thats a proper planning of the sales manager and sales people.
