--->>Now a days, many organizations send their employees overseas in order to conduct their operations in other countries. They are normally chosen by their organization based on their experience and abilities, however, very often, organizations fail in choosing the appropriate employees to send overseas as expatriates.

primary causes and problems that expatriate employees could encounter that may limit both their effectiveness in foreign assignments and their contributions to the firm once they return home include the following:

1.expatriates may not be accomodating with indigenous culuture, values or norms that are prevalent in the society. This leads to reduced effectivness of their functioning in a much focused and result oriented manner.

2.expatriate employees may find their culuture being superior to host countries values or culturel, particularly in developing countires.this limits employees to achive their goals in a comprehensive manner.

3.some may also find their postings in countries where there is more activities of terror, rebellion, civil unrest etc.this leads to creating a sense of fear in the minds of exptraites.
