When the police department uses the e challan payment system for paying the vehicle fine then there are chances of occuring some problems. if we are not pay the e-challan then a constable will visit at the registered address to collect the challan. From the date of issue, the e-challan has to be paid within 60 days. If you miss making the payment, then it may be forwarded to the court. The punishment could increase if the challan is not paid within the stipulated time. Then in the court we may need to pay huge amount of fine for making default in payment of e challan.Non payment may leads to get license suspension. We can go for dispute against the challan to the traffic cell and we can explain the situation. So in the court also we can make our objection. So there is another problem is that the chance of wrong challan. We need to pay some voilation fee inorder to cancel the e payment. The accuracy of the electronic devices also a problem in the e payment system. There may be some technical integration problems will occur. So for the department it is very difficult to maintain these all things. They need to send their officers for collecting the payment challan and if the person go to dispute then they need to go to the court and the want to give their opinions etc. So this will make some problems for the department also.
ThankYou....
