Collective bargaining can be understood as a process or a method of negotiation between the employer and a group of employees, in which most of the issues in an organization is solved. A group of employees form a union through which they represent themselves. Common issues like working conditions , leaves, layoff, personal issues in an organization, problems in promotion can be negotiated through this union. Usually this kind of collective bargaining come to an end and find a perfect solution. The solution finally comes out as an agreement.
The benefits of collective bargaining are
