''NEGOTIATION AND BARGAINING''
Collective bargaining can be defined as negotiations between the employers and employees of the organization regarding various organization's policies, rules and regulations, working culture, environment etc. Collective bargaining is important for the organization for making changes in the company. Negotiations and bargaining both are the important parameters of the collective bargaining.
Differences between negotiations and bargaining are given as follows -
