Expert Solution

Yes i think many laws are strikre as unfair or against the labours and employees in some countries like india , pakistan, nepal, bangladesh, Indonesia, butan, afganistan etc these countries are not economically sound like the other developed countries like china, america, UK ,france etc. In developing or under developed countries the wages or salary of workers is not enough but they are compel to work . Everybody have choice to work or withdraw any job if they are not satisfied with their job or work the basic employee or labour rights

  • Every Worker has Rights. The Ham Commission Report was instrumental in establishing the three basic rights for workers. ...
  • Right to Know. ...
  • Right to Participate. ...
  • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work.

lets try to understand labour law and employee law frist of all  labor law deals with the relationship between an organized group of people and their management, employment law is related to the relationship between the employer and the individual employee. ... There are many complex laws and regulations that exist to protect the rights of employees, labor unions and employers. But there are also some laws imposed on labours and employees which are against them but along with this.

The masses of Developingof or under developing countries suffer a lot mostly the above said countries.the people of these countries prefer to work in foreign countries but most people cannot effort to go outside because of poverty and the government of tsuch countries does not pay them good wages because the are compel and constrain to do work and cannot withdrawal their jobs. In some past years many other labour and employee laws had made but they are not imposed fairly yet. In my own opinion if was a a law maker or executive i could try my best to make all arrangements, and requirements possible for labours and employees and try to mke those arrangements through which their wants and wishes could fullfill.i could ammendment allthose laws which are weaker for labours and make the stronger. In developing or underdeveloping countries there are two types of employees Delivages and permanent employes. Delivages work same as compared to perminent employees but they are given wages 1/4 of perminent employees which is rightly called injustice and unfair. The government paid them such a salery by which they cannot fullfill the basic needs and necessities of life and family. That is why the strict Labour laws play a significant and vital role in the corporate sector. All those laws should be made and imposed in favour of employees so that they feel treated well appropriately in work environments and so their rights as an employee are protected. Labour laws ought must to ensure that employers are valued for their expertise and that they are compensated accordingly.Although employees are expected to adhere to their agreement in a work contract, they still cannot be subjected to ill-treatment. Company policies should not discriminate or devalue employees, but rather elevate the employee experience.Through benefits and skills development plans, companies can ensure that they are in line with these laws. Employees should be able to enjoy leave, breaks and other company benefits. Skills development is now a priority for companies. In this way, when employees enrich their skills, the company promotes from within.Through out the world Employees must have rights that protect them in any work environment. These rights including fair working hours, lunch and leave breaks, well salery or wages ,old age pension, free madecine or healthcare, free and compulsory education upto age-group of 15 years, free food ,free shelter as well as work in healthy environments. These laws protect employees from being exploited in the workplace.
