Families in transition are often dealing with difficult (and unexpected) circumstances. Consider your childhood or some of your friends’ early childhood histories. Are there any transitions that stand out as particularly stressful for you (or your friends)? Briefly describe the transition and what you think an educator could have done to help.
When there is a transition from one country to another, it brings a lot of psycho-social changes in the minds of children. This is because of the wide array of changes that they are suddenly introduced to and are expected to follow and adjust with. Moreover, the physical changes such as moving to a new house, society, weather, etc also impacts the minds of young children.
