Planning - This is the basic function that needs to be performed by the manager in the right manner. The planning function needs to be dealt in a way that future course of action is known and it helps in deciding the most appropriate course of action for achievements of goals and objectives.

  • The ideal planning implementation helps the managers & organisation to deal with what to do when to do and how to do.
  • It helps in systematic thinking for the right course of action to achieve the defined goals.
