What are the economic aspects for the tile & brick industry explain briefly
Economic aspects of the tile and brick industry :
a) Supply of raw material : It includes the availability of the clay material, labour for loading and unloading and the cost associated with these. If the material and labour is easily available then milling process which is the first step in the manufacturing process is done very rapidly and with enhanced efficiency which also enhances the overall efficiency.
b) Production process : It is the aspect which is of great concern if we are talking about economy because it is the process only which decides the set of labour , tools and equipments, fuel etc are required and upto what extent we have to put our money towards these aspects is decided by the process adopted.
c) Transportation cost : The transportation of the materials and equipments to the manufacturing site and the finished products to the wholeseller. So if the distance within these is short and availability of the goods and the connectivity of the transportation is better so the cost associated is also less and vice versa so, it is very much related with the economic analysis.
d) Inventory and process control : The cost associated with the inventory of the materials and the control over the process is required so the skilled manpower, godowns etc are required and the cost associated with these varies the overall economy.
So these were some of the economical aspects.
