Social Learning theory: Social learning theory suggests that all humans are different in nature and react differently to stimuli. Therefore, one can only get to know them through social interaction over the period of time and understand their behavior patterns, attitudes and outcomes accordingly. It explains human behavior in terms of continuous reciprocal interaction between cognitive, behavioral, and environmental influences that affect a human being.
It even states that behaviors are not constant and can be acquired from someone through continuous observation and imitating skills.
Example: X was working on project A under his boss Y who had an extremely positive attitude, and friendly nature towards all. Y always used to talk cheerfully and try to make the office environment lively and at the same time was excellent with his work. X was extremely impressed by his boss and continuously observed and kept learning his behavior pattern and soon made a tremendous change in his behavior pattern.
