This assignment is about goal setting. Research has shown that setting and working toward goals add to our life satisfaction and wellbeing. Pick a goal that is important to you and would like to accomplish (at some point in the future). I would like the goal to reflect one of your character strengths listed below
I would like the goal to reflect one of my character strengths is the kindness. That is very important for me because :-
* Whatever we give to someone, we always take that in future. I always experience this.
* It makes me feel satisfied without any guilt.
* It helps me to people behave with me very decently.
* It makes people to also help me because of my knid behaviour.
* If always help me to achieving my goals.
There is many obstacles when you aim to achieve goal but ther is also many ways to overcome :-
* Never blame someone else for your problems.
* Face the situation that makes you strong.
* Stay positive is the best way to keep you mind cool.
* Never run from the situation, it makes you coward.
* Whatever is happening, be realistic, whatever you are. Don't try to change yourself.
* Don't try to ignore people. It makes you depressed
* Always express your feelings with your loved ones or close ones.
* Don't try to hide your bad experience and struggle. It is ok to know them because everyone had hard time and their stories.
* Don't try to make yourself apart from peoples. Be social. It helps you to overcome your obstacles.
* Always try to find solutions for the problems.
I feel after I accomplish my goal :-
* Ofcourse I feel amazing after achieving my goal.
* I also make them feel good who always help me in my hard time like my parents and some friends.
* But don't be overconfident
* I plan new goal after achieving this goal.
* I plan everything with keeping the past experience in my mind.
