CRM (Customer Relationship Management): CRM refers to the technology or software solutions that help in interacting with existing and potential customers. It is a system that improves the relationship with our current or prospective customers. This system helps in converting more deals and increase revenue and profitability for the organization. A CRM software system collect, store, analyze, and managing customer data and provide a holistic approach to provide the best service to the customers. CRM is one of the best systems to maintain existing customers and gain new customers.
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning): ERP refers to the system or type of software suite that helps in the integration of business processes such as finance, accounting, risk management, marketing, supply chain management, and procurement. ERP helps in managing and flow of data between different processes. ERP is basically the suite of business applications that businesses use to collect, analyze and store data received from various business activities. ERP helps in automation and integration of core business processes such as inventory management, order management, finance and accounts management, etc.
EAI (Enterprise Application Integration): EAI refers to the use of services, processes, and technologies that help in the integration of software and hardware. EAI helps in combining the database and work processes related to business applications to make sure that the organization uses the data smoothly and helps in synchronizing the process among all applications.
There are so many ERP vendors that are used in businesses. The list of the best ERP vendors are as per below,
Yes, we use Microsoft Dynamics for our business. We manufacturer automobile parts and we use ERP to integrate our system processes that help in the smooth running of the business. Microsoft dynamics are very useful for small and mid-sized organizations. Microsoft dynamics are very useful in supply chain management and other processes.

Inter-Enterprise Information System (IS): Inter-Enterprise IS refers to the information systems that are used or shared by two or more organizations. This system helps in the integration and managing of data and sharing from one organization to another organization. An inter-Enterprise information system is very helpful and essential when the data flow is required from one organization to another organization. For example, In the USA healthcare industry is the example of the industry that is using an Inter-enterprise information system. The data is collected and shared between patients, hospitals, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, etc. All these organizations are interlinked by information systems to provide the best treatment and healthcare facilities to the patients.
In our organization, we are not using an Inter-enterprise information system as we are mid-sized organizations that is not linked with other organizations. We are the manufacturer of automobile parts and connect with customers and suppliers with our ERP system. We don't think so that we need to use an Inter-enterprise information system in the near future as there is the risk of loss of business data and business process.
