• Secondly is the philosophy of embracing changes which invlove high employee satisfaction and higher customer satisfaction '
• The higher customer satisfaction is achieved work in teams connecting peole and adding values .It is done by harvard business school training and management training to employees
• with corporate enterpreneurship , the company obtain an overview of the firm , work with its clients and to create a balance between company survey take necessary steps and changes as required
