EXOn behalf of my organization as the localhost, I would like and take great pride in welcoming and expressing my gratitude present here.

As we all know, the local government reflects the local needs and interests, and it drives innovation in several government practices. Local government utilities such as water, garbage pickup, wastewaters, offers emergency services such as fire brigade service, police, and non-emergency services such as safety and wellness check, traffic control, training, and education, hazardous waste disposal. Whatever providing these services is not always easy, the local government also faces challenges. The body faces the challenges in increasing citizen engagement, asset management, building council staff relationship along with operational inefficiencies. Besides, the authority finds it difficult, managing increased expectations of the citizens, labor relations, and community planning issues. Moreover, the major internal challenges of these governments are financial challenges, pension planning, housing, and the government plan for reforming local government.
