Purpose of the study: Is there a correlation between the increase in antibiotic resistance by using antibacterial soap?

Method: We would take 100 people and divide them randomly into two groups. One group of 50 people would use normal (anti-bacterial free) soap, while the other group would use the popular brand of antibacterial soap. This would trial would go on for 2 days, and the results would be measured in terms of doing bacterial analysis on their hands. The bacterial analysis would be done every day throughout the week on each person.

-Identify and describe the variables of interest

-Explain which analysis would be the most appropriate for this data and your research question. ***

-Make a brief prediction of how you would expect the study to turn out, focusing on the results of the analysis. (you don't have to do the study, just what do you think will happen)

Please give a very detailed answer, as I have to write a 2 page paper on this...
