A. Future market

Africa is going to be a booming market for Oman air. So they are expanding themselves to different regions of Africa. The African routes are already very popular with Oman Air guests and the airline has recently hiked its summer schedule to Egypt from 10 flights a week to 12 due to the high demand for the thriving metropolis of Cairo which spreads along the world famous River Nile.

B. Strategic partnership

Oman air has been tied up their partnership between Cargolux for freight transfer. This will helps to move freight between Europe, Africa and India with freight handling specialist SATS and Menzies aviation, for ground handling in Oman.

C. Future services

Oman air have launched many attractive and extremely popular destinations over recent months, we look forward to further expanding Oman Air’s network in the course of the Winter. The most notable of these will be Guangzhou, their first destination in China.

The service will initially offer four flights per week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from Muscat to Guangzhou. The airline will serve customers on the new route using award winning Airbus 330-200s, configured with 196 Economy Class seats and 30 Business Class seats.

D. Diversification

They are planning to diversify into tourism and logistics segments in the near future.
