Head start programs will definitely reduce the crime rate because generally the children who are not guided properly and who feel that their life is not fulfilled and they are not same or equal with other children definitely their thoughts change and in order to earn money and to lead a very happy and material stick life they start doing crimes. Once they are provided with the basic needs and amenities giving proper education training them in all the ways definitely the attitude for the behaviour of the children changes. a child can be moulded in any ways right from childhood if a child is trained properly by providing him schooling foot and medical support then the child will definitely grow successfully so that his mind will never change to do the crimes.

The truly disadvantaged children will be prone to do crime because they feel that they are Cursed and they are not able to lead a proper life. parents also will not be in a position to provide them basic needs like School foot and they may not be able to give them proper treatment if they have any health issues. Poverty is the main reason for the truly disadvantaged children to be prone to do the crimes. Once these children are given proper education and training we can reduce the crime rate. The head start program was basically initiated to bring the changes In the low-income children and their families.

“At-risk” youth it is such a broad term and many factors can determine if a child is at risk or not mostly on “at-risk youth” are identified, if a child is engaging in illegal activities like drinking smoking drug use, engaging in sexual behaviour, running away from home and intentionally getting into physical fights.
