Fitrst Three Constitution History of Texas

Texas has a long constituional history,for the last long historical period they have been preparing  about 7 constitition. The history behind their first constituion Constitution of Coahulia and Texas1827 is, the starting of texas they are under control of Spain and next by Mexico, Independent Republic of Texas and later they joined to US .During the cold war Texas exit from US and Form Confederate States of America with the southern states. And last Texas again join US.

Till 1824 they are follow mexican constitution. Then they form Constitution of Coahulia and Texas1827 with a single spanish province and texas. In this Constitution They fix exicute power to Governor. And this favour angloTexans by they did not give taxes and they dont need to work in Mexican Army, ignored catholicism and Stop other religious people considered as slaves. But Anglo Texans cannote understood the this constitution due to which is written in Spanish. So that this constition not exist for a longer period.

Their second Constitution is The Republic of Texas Constitution,1836 which is formed due to the pressure and authrity behaviour of mexico and Anglo Texans cannote understood the this constitution due to which is written in Spanish. They declared their independence and adopt new one. This time they borrow major part from US constitution And later 1845 texas form The State Constitution due to the end of independance and they joined completely in US as 28th state from that period.Theyb become the part of US consitution.
