Expert Solution

I think on the job training will be best for the healthcare organization employee. There should be proper computer-based training modules. Reason is that in healthcare organization experience is very significant for the execution of tasks. There is no set of standard role which the employees have to play. There are various challenges daily and this could be taught on the job.

The computer module will give the employees mobility and convenience in the training. It can be from various locations and various places as well. This will help the managers to insure that the employees have finished their training module. There should be proper guidance to tackle the technical challenges occurred in computer base training module.

The limitation of such training is that it will ask for much control. The employees pretend and procrastinate on th name of training as they may not understand the importance of training. Hence controlling is very important and that is very challenging as well.
