  • Employers must pay their workers the compensation and benefits they concurred to, counting vacation, paid holidays and other sorts of holidays.
  • Employers must make sure their employees’ working conditions are secure.
  • Employers must treat their employees with regard.
  • They must make sure their employees are not harassed or discriminated in any form
