Based on the event scenario you selected, and your research of homelessness and economically disadvantaged as vulnerable populations, identify what elements of the event increased their risk, what specific needs they have, what resources can address those needs, and what long term effects the event has on their vulnerability. Propose a solution to assist the homeless and/or economically disadvantaged using currently available or new resources.

Homlessnes and economically vulnurable people mostly have risk with physical health issues , mental illness and ofcourse lack of nutrition and other life security. Besides another risk elements is poor social contact with mainstreaming of society. Upper class people try to use them for their own benefits and these been continuously victimised with low paid for their labour and emotional dissatisfaction.

their specific needs is fulfilment of biological needs like foods , water and safety or security needs and then comes into emotional or needs of belongingness .

Some material resources grained , foods , drinking water , building home for proper staying , good social environment etc resources adress their needs .

It's have huge long term impact . People can continuously suffred with diffrent physical ailments and if particular section of community remained disadvantage which is really not contribute for all economics and social development in country . State should take care of these vulnurable section of people also . They are also part of democratic society . In long term effect , vulnurable section people due to poverty may tend to crime , rubbery and other illigal activities which creates more social illness .

Whatever new resources available , Goverment Should ensure take special attention for themselves and make policy which really helps to increase their living standard and become active social member to funtioning Democratic Goverment .
