Key components of a successful informal report:
None of them could be relaxed in any form. The reason is very simple, if objective topic of report is not clear, it might not attract an audience at first stage. Use of complex vocabulary can make audience lose it’s interests in further detailed reading. If report is not structured well, it can appear confusive to the reader, to reach on right inferences and conclusion. It is like information misinterpretation or communication distortion. In case of crucial large size project reports of construction or manufacturing or Analytics organizations, above components, if relaxed even a bit, can cause high operational and financial trouble. That’s the reason, all bids, tenders etc. reports are very specific with the contents, terms and conditions etc., mentioned in quite detail.
