What are the cons of cyberloafing? (at least two paragraphs )
Solution:
Cyberloafing is a situation that states that the employees within an organization use the office internet for their personal use while pretending to do actual office work. This is a serious situation for the company as far as the productivity of the employees is concered becasue with more Cyberloafing the employees will spend more time on their personal work using company resources and this is a loss in man hours as well as the productivity of the employee. Hence, this can result in big losses in the long term for the company and hence is a very big con of Cyberloafing.
Cyberloafing also results in employees using the resources of the company for their private use such as finding work elsewhere, conducting some of their activities that may or may not be legal. These are two of theactivities that can result in havoc for the company. Thus, it is essential that this practice is kept in chek and employees are not allowed to indulge in Cyberloafing resulting in losses for the company.
