Immigration is a process of entering a foreign country to live there permanently or work for a company for them on a temporary basis. Immigration rules differ from country to country. ex: immigrate to Us by securing a job in the country or on basis of meeting there relatives. The US is short of skilled workers in science, technology, engineering US employers can hire foreign workers and sponsor them.

Why should immigration be permitted?

Lots of new jobs may be created by allowing immigrants. The immigrants can start a new business and create new jobs for the existing people, a lot of immigrants take jobs that even present citizens are not willing to do, due to their skills the economy of the nation also increases.Immigration will be helpful to skilled employee who doesn't have a job in their nation so they could immigrate and get a job and earn some money.Immigration should be permitted for students to study in their colleges, in turn, the name and fame of the colleges increase as they have many foreigners studying.

Why should immigration not permit?

Some country has strict rules in immigration process they donot allow immigrant to enter they have to tell the appropriate reason and if they feel it is appropriate they allow them.Immigrants enter not only doing good business or job may enter for doing illegal things such as drugs, mafia, terrorism etc. So allowing such persons may lead to damage to the image of such country. some feel immigration to be restricted because if they allow a lot of immigrants the chances of losing their job increases and cultural differences arise and own citizens are dominated by immigrants.
