For mobilization of any community to undertake project in public health and sanitation we first must identify the key relevant issues regarding sanitation affecting the community. Once we establish the significance of the project, we then move with community based interventional seminars and activities. Once the program is reached we then request the community participation and volunteers to help identify the issues in program implementation and undertaking the project for efficiently management and community engagement. The mobilisation can be initiated by community members participation in program that can promote sanitation and help promote cleanliness and disease prevention due to lack of sanitation

(b) describe how you would educate them on proper disposal of refuse in the community?

To educate the community first we must identify volunteers in the community and learn the community perspectives and aspects of sanitation from the community. The education starts from spreading awareness of sanitation and helping them understand the significance of the project to help the community. The education can be undertaken with the help of demonstrations, community engagement meetings and events and also with the help of printed media and related tools to educate and inform the community. The refuse in the community canbe effectively managed by soreaduy awarenss and convincing the key community pillars with the scientific ans rational aspects of the project of sanitation that can benefit community in the longer run.
