1) Traditional Contract :

it is the main and very common and normal method for the contracting in which the contract which is signed under the supervision of clients / service provider / coordinator of the project they generally hire the people who are having the expertise in the constructional works such engineers etc. for the work which required designing and also build the construction part with them

2) Turn Key Contract :

it is the contract in which the client is just purchasing the idea of the builder or the service provider or we can say the person who is making the service available and it is the contract in the client is buying before the product is completed so they can use it in the future for example this thing more probably happens in the real estate markets as the bulders sale their project idea and the maps of the infrastructure which would be made in future as soon as possible so that the client can use it.

3) Builder - Owner Contract

it is the contract which is directly with the buyer by the builder who is the making the project and directly turn out to a contract which gonna be containment of all the details and legal terminologies with the client and the buyer or we can say the all terms and conditions were there which can be accepted and compiled by both the parties such as client (customer) and builder , and it is the important legal paper or document which contain every information directly within the buyer and the builder or we can say the owner and the builder.
