The emergence of a global economy and technology, are the two chief drivers of the environments and the nature of the competitive landscape. In my view technology is more influential because organization implementing new technologies can do best in their performance. The failure is that some advancements in technology lead to loos of jobs for employees since the task been completing in a faster & less expensive way.

I/O model: steps

1. studying the external environment, industry environment, competitor environment.

2. Finding an industry with above-average returns.

3. identifying the strategy and linking with the company.

4. Developing assets and skills to implement the strategy.

5.Using the developed strategy to reach goals and attain returns.

Dominos uses Industrial-organizational (I/O) models to assess a new business strategy which will help the company to identify opportunities that will increase organizations profits as well as treats that will lead to losing occurrence in the organization.to create a sense of brand loyalty with and an array of loyal followers which has enabled the organization to their competitors in terms of product quality and customer satisfaction level. Dominos pizza has been able to establish standards for their pizza making. organizations logo, and trademark the company has been able to differentiate their Pizza and different product from their competitors. The company identifies the present situation of the user usage, internal and external environment.

2.In the second stage, it identifies the competitor having the above average return and try to find out their USP, what are the areas they are specialized.

3.This stage the company identifies the strategy, business-level strategy to reach customers by their brand name and marketing them and to attain many profits.Implementation of strategies can be enhanced by improving commitment from stakeholders who are involved in strategic decisions

4. In this stage already strategies are developed the company starts to develop the strategies, by giving training to the workers working in the kitchen, selecting a good chefs making their own pieces of bread, and training the employee not to reveal the business secrets of Dominos.

5. Finally, they attained success and profits by marketing worldwide by franchising different outlets.
