Consider a recent patient care scenario and describe how it could have been managed at a distance. • What training would be needed? • What equipment would be used? • How would the patient and his or her family respond to home tele-monitoring?
Ans :-)for example if a normal person suddenly got fainted without any other sign and symptoms then what can we do
firstly we should assess the site safety of that person if that person is on a road or on a crowded place we should move him to a safer place then we should assess his response calling him by loudly if there is no response then we should check his carotid pulse and respiration if both are present but still the patient is not responding then we should give him a foot end raised position and some sugar candy because it can be due to hypoglycemia
If nothing is present then we should call for help and if doctor can not come there with in time then he will give you some instructions on call that is known as Tele communication for this communication you don't need any special skills you just have to follow a' Repeat back 'policy what ever instructions you got on a call you will repeat that and confirm that so that what ever you do will save that person's life without any harm during CPR.
ans:-a) There's no special training needed you just have to know the basic rules of first aid treatment for example if there is any bleeding you can apply gentle pressure to that site with a clean cloth wash that part with antibacterial solution etc
Ans:-2) For a good Tele communication you can use a phone, radio ,computer etc
