The different types of care that are provided for patients are In-Home Care and Adult day Care.As the name suggest IN Home care takes place at home.Adult day care or Adult day service offers part or full time care in a group settings.

ADULT CARE INCLUDES:
Respirate care
Assisted Living
Skilled Nursing Care
Rehabilitative care
Dementia care
Veterans care
Medical care
Hospice care
The list of National health organisations includes national level organisations responsible for public health, infectious disase control and epidemiology.International Association of National Public Health Institutes(IANPHI) is a member organisation of government agencies working to improve national disease prevention and response.IANPHI is made up of 100 plus members located in approximately 90 countries.An important goal of IANPHI is to improve health outcomes by strengthening or creating National Public Health Institute.
Health Care standards and expectations for health professionals should focus greater attention on patient safety.
Health Professional Licencing bodies should
A) Implement periodic reexamiations and licencing of Doctors, Nurses, and other key providers, based on both knowledge and competence of safety practices.
B)Work with certifying and credentialing organisations to develop more effective methods to identify unsafe providers and take action.
C) Professional societies should make a visible committment to patient safety by establishing a permanent committee dedicated to safety improvement.This committee should
i) develop a curiculum on patient safety and encourage its adoption into training and certification requirements;
ii) disseminate information on patient safety to members at special sessions at annual conferences, newsletters, publications, journal letters and websites on regular basis:
iii) recognise patient safety considerations in practice guideliness in aspects to new technologies, therapies, and drugs:
iv)work with the center for Patient Safety to develop community based, collaborative initiatives for error reporting and analysis and implementation of patient safety improvements,
v) Collaborate with other professional societies and disciplines in a national summit on the professional's role in patient safety.
