13) Patient care is managed by Patient Care Managers . They supervise a clinical team and are responsible for the direction of patient care. They protect the health and safety of the patient and advocate to improve patient outcomes. Patient Care Managers interact with all members of the healthcare team to keep the lines of communication open.
14) To join the TRICARE Prime program, individuals who are NOT active- duty family members must pay annual enrollment fees of $260 for an individual or $520 for a family. TRICARE Prime has no deductible, and no payment is required for outpatient treatment at a military facility.
15) Yes , there are deductibles and copays for TRICARE prime . Mental health copays are now $30 per visit for TRICARE Prime Retirees, $31 for TRICARE Select ADFM, and $41 for TRICARE Select Retirees.
You pay an annual deductible before TRICARE cost-sharing begins. The deductibles are $300 per individual/$600 per family. For services beyond this deductible, you pay 50% of the TRICARE-allowable charge.
