The main role of PMO is to provide essential project management care in the form of advice to project managers of an organization. PMO is also answerable for training new project managers in various ways an organization can run projects. The primary role of the PMO is to safeguard development and implementation of reliable and consistent business processes. PMO helps in generating a collective set of principles, practices, for handling numerous organizational projects. Standardization refers to a facility of undertaking for manager between singular or multiple projects and curve of new project managers, through these templates the practice of standard components for multiple projects is guaranteed and this saves both time and money for any organization.
