Considering the product or service idea your CLC team identified in Module 4, answer the question: Does the product or service your team created/identified have the power to reset customer expectations dramatically? Why or why not? Will it have an impact on customers? The item our CLC group made is a Robotic Trash Can Opener design to eliminate the need to touch outside trash cans.

The CLC team should have the power to take steps to fulfill the expectations of the customers. The team is to encourage the management to modify the plan. The team uses various types of technology to develop the system and there appears great impact in the approach of the team. It is one of the chief concern of the team to make a product more customer friendly. New plan is also developed by the team renovation of the project. Unplanned activities are arranged in proper way to make to hassle free.

In the team there is customer liaison officer and through the help of customer care service various information from the customers are collected. With the leadership of the Customer Liaison Officer the team attends the customers and take steps to fulfill the need of the customers. Again, various suggestions from the customers are taken and with the help of these suggestions the necessary technology is used. Again, the team also develops the customer care service so that the customers can easily contact with the team management.

The team always conducts various types of research on the basis of the needs and problems of the customers. Before the discovery of the Robotized Trash can there was a type of manual can system where the people needed to touch it. But the Automatic Trash Can works automatically and there is switch system to operate it. The team always conducts research to develop more it more.
